Did You Know?

Fish and Chips, Britain's first popular fast food and rich in Omega 3 vitamins, used to be served in greaseproof paper and unsold newspapers to keep the meal warm for the journey home. In so far as we know, this may have been the first recycled use of old newspapers otherwise destined as waste!
