About L'Aquila Bianca

When Agostino and Gerardo Crolla started their business in 1975, they began with principles of quality and service that endure to this day. The careful selection of freshest fish, quality potatoes, vegetables and bakery products; coupled with experience and skill; still combine to produce meals of the highest standards of excellence.

The original premises at 17, Raeburn Place in Edinburgh, has undergone extensive refits and modernisation since those early days but the dedication towards high quality and excellent service remains as strong as ever.

In 1996, regular customers nominated L'Aquila Bianca for an award in the 'Best Fish & Chip Shop of the Year' competition organised by the Sea Fish Industry and sponsored by the Potato Marketing Board. Investigators, posing as customers, visited the premises and tried the food for themselves, judging the food and service worthy of a prestigious Runner-Up Award. Naturally, we hope to do better in future!

Perhaps it's time you tested L'Aquila Bianca for yourself and experience why more and more people are choosing the home delivery service offered by Edinburgh's premier and award winning fast-food establishment - and taste the difference! Buon Appetito!
